This Chocolate Macadamia Nut Butter contains dark, organic cacao sweetened with agave nectar and a bit of local vanilla from the Vanillery of Kauaʻi. It also contains all the healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that the highest-quality macadamia nuts provide. An indulgent but also ethically guilt-free addition to croissants, scones, toast, or oats.
As opposed to conventionally grown macadamia nuts which use pesticides that negatively affect surrounding environments and communities, Tiny Isle uses mac nuts from the Big Island that are grown with only natural methods. They also put ethical considerations at the forefront of their business and are dedicated to using only locally sourced ingredients, grown on a small scale.
Meet the Makers
Lisa Parker and Roland Barker are the Kauaʻi homesteaders behind Tiny Isle. The couple moved to a small piece of family-owned land in 2004 with a vision of living harmoniously with nature and growing food, spices and medicine. They are proud of their strong ethical business practices and dedication to using only locally sourced ingredients. The couple believes that Tiny Isle is the perfect vessel to share their passion and curiosity for growing and using plants and plant-based ingredients with the world.
